What You'll Do
- Lead the design, technical development, and delivery of healthcare and complex commercial projects.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and providing creative solutions.
- Guide projects from early planning through construction administration.
- Produce and oversee high-quality construction documents using Revit.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Drive quality control, technical excellence, and project performance throughout all phases.
- Mentor and support junior architects while fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Participate in client presentations, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to keep teams aligned and projects moving forward.
What You Bring
✔ Licensed Architect (Required)
✔ 8+ years of architectural experience with progressive project leadership
✔ Healthcare project experience preferred, though other large-scale project experience will be considered
✔ Advanced Revit proficiency
✔ Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and technical documentation
✔ Experience leading projects through construction administration
✔ Proven ability to manage clients, consultants, and project teams
✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
✔ SketchUp, 3D visualization, LEED, or sustainability experience is a plus
