Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

\n

\n
• Min 2 years IBM Cloud Pak for Integration(CP4I) with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE)

\n

• Min 2 years exp in IBM API Connect

\n

• Min 2 Worked extensively with IBM MQ

\n

• Good knowledge of IBM DataPower and OpenShift / Kubernetes

\n

• More than 5 + years experience in REST, SOAP, JSON, XML ,COBOL integration services

\n

• More than 5 + Years exp in DevOps tools such as Git CI/CD pipelines

\n

• Microservices and hybrid cloud architecture

\n

\n

Roles & Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Design and implement integration architectures across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

\n

• Develop and manage APIs using IBM API Connect.

\n

• Build integration flows using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE).

\n

• Configure and administer IBM MQ messaging solutions.

\n

• Implement event-driven architectures in IBM MQ

\n

• Deploy and manage CP4I workloads on Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes.

\n

• Define integration patterns, standards, security, and governance.

\n

• Conduct RCA in production failures and provide solutions and implement it

\n

• All these roles are good for Developer and AMS support engineer

\n

\n

\n

In addition Support Engineer should be able to do the following

\n

Able to work in shifts.

\n

\n
• Play the role of onsite co-Ordinator for offshore

\n

• Able to conduct RCA and provide and Implement solutions as part of L2/L3 Support

\n

\n
