We're hiring for a commercial cleaning supervisor for the Illinois and Indiana area. We are a fast growing commercial cleaning company expanding throughout indiana, Wisconsin and Illinois. This position is responsible for leading teams, maintaining high cleaning standards, and supporting operations by assisting with cleaning when needed.

What Youll Do:

Lead and oversee cleaning staff across multiple locations Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery Train and support team members Step in to perform cleaning tasks when necessary Communicate with clients and management to ensure satisfaction

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm (Some weekends required)

Requirements:

Previous leadership/Supervisor experience

Valid Drivers License

Experience in commercial cleaning
