- If overtime is called on Friday night, there will be an extra 2hours worked and 12:45 AM will be the end time.

1. SUMMARY: Oversees and coordinates daily operations of the maintenance requirements and preventative maintenance schedules. Ensure and maintain all equipment, buildings, and property in proper condition.
2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform highly diversified duties to direct and/or maintain facilities and the plant facility’s equipment.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of facilities and/or equipment during production, scheduled maintenance, repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Performs or supervises mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of facilities and equipment.
- Performs basic building repairs, basic electrical repairs, and basic plumbing repairs.
- Read and understand technical drawings (example: blueprints, electronic/mechanical schematics, etc.) to repair and maintain equipment.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments or recommend subcontractors to address such problems.
- Coordinate and supervise regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
- Interfaces with appropriate staff/managers to receive information regarding maintenance needs; ensures timely response to requests.
- Monitors and maintains proper inventory levels; authorizes purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
- Ensures all fire and safety inspections are completed and any discrepancies corrected; ensures property is in compliance with all safety and sanitation policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ensures accurate record keeping of all Inspection Reports and documents that are required for Internal and External audits and record keeping.
- Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively works to promote and recognize performance.
- Keeps up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.
- Performs other related duties assigned by management.
ASRS Support
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the functions of the machine and have the ability to troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments in the HMI.
