Key Responsibilities

  • Property Operations: Conduct property tours, move-in/move-out inspections, and coordinate routine and emergency maintenance.
  • Tenant & Owner Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and owners, ensuring clear, positive, and timely communication.
  • Leasing & Marketing: Advertise vacancies, market for new properties, and qualify prospective tenants.
  • Administration: Perform accurate data entry, manage physical and digital files, and collaborate effectively with internal team members and departments.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

  • Licensure: Current California Real Estate License (Required).
  • Experience: Recent experience in property management, specifically managing both apartments and single-family homes. Experience with Rentvine software is a major plus.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency with the Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Mobility: A reliable vehicle and a clean DMV driving record.
  • Soft Skills & Professionalism:
    • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to remain accurate and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
    • High level of discretion when handling confidential information.

    • A positive, productive attitude with a solid attendance history and a desire for long-term career stability.
