Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Weekends Off)
Pay: START $20.00 - Depends on Experience (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Execute Repairs: Complete maintenance work orders in a timely, efficient, and high-quality manner.
- Property Upkeep: Perform routine facility inspections, preventative maintenance, and turnover preparations.
- Customer Service: Communicate professionally, clearly, and respectfully with tenants, vendors, and staff.
- Adaptable Support: Perform other related property management and maintenance duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable working in various Alaskan weather conditions and physical environments, including dusty, tight, or noisy sites.
- Problem Solving: Basic knowledge of general trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or appliance repair is preferred.
- Dependability: Strong time-management skills with the ability to work independently or alongside a team.
- Communication: Ability to understand task instructions and update work order logs accurately.
