The Person We’re Looking For
You may be a great fit if you are:
A Manager
You are comfortable leading people, setting expectations, following up, having difficult conversations when necessary, and holding yourself and others accountable.
Task-Oriented
You like checking things off the list. You don't need someone standing over you reminding you what needs to be completed.
Financially Minded
Numbers don't intimidate you. You understand the importance of accuracy and know that small financial mistakes can become large operational problems.
A Multitasker
You can have several priorities moving simultaneously and still know what needs to happen next.
Friendly but Firm
You enjoy helping people and providing great service, but you are also comfortable enforcing policies, protecting systems, and saying "no" when necessary.
Proactive
You don't simply identify problems—you look for solutions.
Detail-Oriented
You notice when something is missing, incorrect, overdue, or inconsistent.
Calm Under Pressure
Real estate moves quickly. You can handle questions, deadlines, financial responsibilities, staff needs, agent needs, and unexpected situations without losing control of your priorities.
Compensation:

Responsibilities:
- Manage Market Center financials, including budgets, financial reports, expenses, accounts payable, and overall profitability.
- Process closings, commission checks, agent payments, and financial transactions accurately and on time.
- Collect outstanding accounts receivable from agents and communicate financial concerns to leadership.
- Lead, manage, hire, train, and hold Market Center staff accountable for performance and customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, systems, procedures, vendors, facilities, and issues affecting the Market Center.
- Identify problems, develop solutions, improve processes, and provide leadership with timely updates on concerns and risks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while confidently supporting fast-moving real estate agents in a high-volume environment.

- Strong understanding of basic financial statements, bookkeeping, reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities at once
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow through and complete tasks without constant supervision
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with technology, spreadsheets, financial systems, and office software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
