Groundskeeper
&nbsp;
Responsible for assigned grounds and maintenance duties under the direct supervision of the Community Manager.
<ul>
<li>Assisting in the achievement of the community's annual budget plan</li>
<li>Some maintenance functions</li>
<li>Physical condition of the community</li>
<li>Upholding all company policies, goals and values</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;
ESSENTIAL ACTIVITES:
<ul>
<li>Perform assigned grounds and maintenance tasks in an organized and timely manner</li>
<li>Police the grounds on a daily basis; clean and maintain common areas</li>
<li>Pressure washing, exterior painting and maintenance of community common areas</li>
<li>Perform assigned landscaping duties</li>
<li>Participate in an ongoing improvement plan</li>
<li>Perform all duties in a manner that will result in the highest quality customer satisfaction</li>
<li>All other duties as may be assigned from time to time.</li>
