Job DescriptionLeading flavor and fragrance company located in Manhattan; NY has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator.
Provide critical support to Fragrance sales from the brief to win process. Facilitates timely delivery of samples, pricing and documentation. Resolves issues that arise during the brief to win process.
- Coordinates and executes all sales administrative functions, including entering projects, replying to clients’ requests, entering and updating briefs promptly, and preparing sample requests for Fine Fragrances.
- Serves as a liaison between Account Manager and Evaluation, Perfumery, Sampling, Application Lab, Customer Service, Regulatory, and Marketing in all aspects of account responsibilities.
- Manage project flow to ensure flawless execution and acts as liaison between client and internal personnel.
- Maintain and manage all pertinent project information in Trifoil (adoptions, selling prices, base updates)
- Manage customer requests for Regulatory documents
- Oversee sample desk, prioritize SRs.
- Schedule and attend project meetings
- Occasionally hand-deliver samples to NYC clients
- Review and update the NYC weekly status chart
- Occasionally cover front desk functions
Required Skills:
Industry experience and software proficiency, Ability to manage complex projects

Bachelor’s Degree
$30.00 Per Hour
