The Kamson Corporation, a Premier Property Management Company, seeks an Apartment Maintenance Technician for our Apartment Community in Westwood, NJ.
Candidate Required Skills:
<ul>
<li>3 years minimum experience of property maintenance, handyman work, or a related field.</li>
<li>Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, boiler, carpentry and appliance repairs, snow removal Certifications are a plus.</li>
<li>A valid Driver’s License.</li>
<li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions.</li>
<li>Problem-solving mindset, great attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.</li>
<li>A friendly and professional approach to working with residents and team members.</li>
</ul>
