Apartment Maintenance Technician – Louisville, KY 40299

Pay: $20–$22 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Career Strategies is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for a full-time opportunity in Louisville, KY.

Responsibilities:

• Complete resident work orders and maintenance requests
• Perform plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general household repairs
• Assist with turnovers and preventative maintenance
• Maintain property appearance and ensure safety standards
• Work with onsite team to support residents and staff

Requirements:

• Previous apartment or property maintenance experience preferred
• Skilled in plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general maintenance tasks
• HVAC knowledge or certification is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
