We are looking for a reliable and proactiveFacility Maintenance Technicianto support the daily operations of our warehouse, facility, and vehicle fleet. This role is hands-on and diverse, requiring someone who can balance maintenance tasks with inventory and order management while ensuring our workspace and vehicles remain in top condition.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily warehouse and facility maintenance
- Manage website order preparation and fulfillment
- Create and ship items using shipping tools (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Maintain and track inventory/stock levels
- Support vehicle fleet upkeep, including scheduling tire checks, oil changes, and managing GPS trackers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, restocking supplies, and performing general facility upkeep
- Perform light cleaning, minor repairs, and restocking of office supplies
- Collaborate with the team to identify and solve operational challenges
Qualifications & Skills
- Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with inventory management platforms
- Familiarity with Monday.com (preferred)
- Familiarity with FedEx & UPS shipping programs
- Light vehicle maintenance experience (oil checks, tires, basic upkeep)
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and with a team
- Proactive, patient, and easy to work with
