 &nbsp; &nbsp; THE BEACH CLUB HOA MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Job Description: Responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. Perform building tasks in one or more fields; carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Perform general cleaning and other tasks as assigned. Job Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Perform preventative maintenance as required.</li>
<li>Complete assigned daily work orders to include tasks such as plumbing, electrical, sheetrock repair, etc.</li>
<li>Perform daily/weekly inspection tours</li>
<li>Perform other assigned duties as needed.</li>
</ul>
Required Skills: 
<ul>
<li>Excellent customer service skills required</li>
<li>Excellent oral/written skills required</li>
<li>1-3 years of prior maintenance experience, required</li>
</ul>
Job requirements: 
<ol>
<li>Be able to lift 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Be able to stand/walk for entire shift.</li>
<li>Must be able to climb/stand on ladders and stairs.</li>
<li>Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach.</li>
