<li>7-10 years of hands‑on AWS cloud engineering experience</li>
\n
<li>Strong expertise with Kubernetes/EKS and Docker</li>
\n
<li>Experience designing and running production‑grade EKS platforms</li>
\n
<li>Led cloud and Kubernetes migrations to production</li>
\n
<li>Infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation</li>
\n
<li>CI/CD and GitOps experience (Helm, Argo CD / Flux preferred)</li>
\n
<li>Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, and DevOps</li>
\n
<li>Experience building highly available, scalable systems</li>
\n
<li>Observability experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry</li>
\n
<li>Cost and performance optimization (autoscaling, Spot, FinOps mindset)</li>
\n
<li>Exposure to AI/ML or GPU workloads on EKS/SageMaker is a plus</li>
\n
<li>Comfortable mentoring engineers and partnering with clients/stakeholders</li>
