Marina Walk Apartments is seeking a reliable Maintenance / Make-Ready Technician to help prepare apartments for new residents and assist with general community maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

• Completing apartment make-readies (painting, drywall, basic plumbing & electrical, appliance checks).
• Responding to routine maintenance requests.
• Assisting with preventive maintenance and grounds upkeep.
• Working with vendors as needed.
• Providing professional, resident-focused service.

Qualifications:

• Apartment maintenance or make-ready experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Valid driver’s license; EPA certification a plus.

Details:

• Full-time position.
• On-call rotation may be required.
