We're partnering with a well-established commercial construction organization seeking a Commercial Project Manager to oversee projects throughout Western and Central New York.

The current Project Manager is retiring, creating a unique opportunity for a smooth transition and hands-on training.

What You'll Do:
\n
- \n
- Manage commercial construction projects from contract award through closeout.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Review contracts, blueprints, drawings, specifications, and finish schedules.
- Coordinate project timelines, field measurements, fabrication, deliveries, and installation.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, schedules of values, and project documentation.
- Track project budgets, costs, forecasting, and profitability.
- Coordinate closely with estimating, purchasing, production, installation, and accounting teams.
- Attend project and jobsite meetings throughout the region.
- Maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional business.

What We're Looking For:
\n
- \n
- 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Ability to read architectural drawings and blueprints.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally throughout Western and Central New York.

Preferred Experience
\n
- \n
- Millwork, cabinetry, masonry, countertops, windows, siding, framing, roofing, wall cladding, or related commercial construction backgrounds.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Textura, or GCPay.
- Business development or customer relationship experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

- On target total earnings: $75,000-$85,000+/year
