You love checking off detailed preventative maintenance tasks, but you're also ready to leap into action the moment a teammate or guest needs you.You're basically the Clark Kent of the maintenance world-calm, capable, and organized-until trouble strikes. Then, in a flash, you transform into Superman, saving the day with your "MacGyver" toolkit of skills.
We're looking for someone with basic experience in:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Carpentry
- HVAC & PTAC cleaning
- Painting, caulking, general repairs
- Problem-solving on the fly
