Job Description
We are seeking 1–2 independent contractors to support dip tube cutting and container labeling. This piece-rate opportunity typically offers $15–$25 per hour depending on speed and the job performed, with work generally scheduled for 4–8 hours per day. Contractors will complete supervisor-assigned batches and report to the Operations Manager or Business Owner.
Responsibilities
- Cut dip tubes to accurate specified lengths using semiautomatic cutting tools.
- Apply labels by hand and operate semi-automated labeling equipment as assigned.
- Label containers with consistent placement and alignment.
- Handle materials and prepare containers for production.
- Inspect label placement, dip tube length, container cleanliness, and overall presentation.
- Prepare completed orders for delivery or the next stage of production.
- Track and complete supervisor-assigned production batches.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in packaging production or packaging operations.
- Familiarity with labeling equipment and manual application processes.
- Ability to use precision measurement techniques.
- Background in quality control or product inspection.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
