Compensation:
$17 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Daily garbage and debris removal
- Sweeping and maintaining shop floors
- Removal and disposal of cardboard boxes
- Operating a paper/cardboard baler
- Cleaning spills and maintaining safe work areas
- Monitoring and cleaning indoor carpets and office areas
- Maintaining outdoor walkways during snow and ice events
- General building upkeep and light maintenance duties
- Assisting with cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
Qualifications:
- Experience in building maintenance or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Proven track record of maintaining cleanliness in both indoor and outdoor environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as garbage bags and cardboard boxes.
- Familiarity with operating a paper/cardboard baler is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively throughout the day.
