Job Description:Join a growing enterprise data team as a Data Quality Analyst, where you will play a critical role in improving the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of customer and business data across the organization. This position will support a major Master Data Management (MDM) implementation focused on creating a single, trusted source of data across multiple business functions. You'll investigate data exceptions, resolve data quality issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and help ensure enterprise data remains accurate, complete, and actionable.
Responsibilities:

  • Research, analyze, and remediate data quality exceptions and duplicate records within the MDM platform.
  • Review and resolve fallout records generated through data matching and merging processes.
  • Perform data cleansing activities including standardization, deduplication, attribute validation, and formatting corrections.
  • Investigate data anomalies and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, and governance teams to resolve complex data issues.
  • Monitor data quality metrics, exception reports, and dashboards to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Execute authorized data updates and corrections while maintaining compliance with governance standards.
  • Document remediation activities and maintain audit trails for data quality initiatives.
  • Support ongoing data governance and master data management efforts across the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Operations, Master Data Management, Data Governance, Business Analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and troubleshoot issues independently.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, filtering, and data cleansing techniques.
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, or enterprise business systems.
  • Familiarity with MDM platforms such as Informatica or similar solutions preferred.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.
  • Experience with data governance, customer data, or entity resolution processes is a plus.
  • Basic SQL knowledge is helpful but not required.
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred.

The hourly pay range for this position is $29.00 - $39.00, excluding benefits or other compensation. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
