As a Sortation Technician, you’ll be a crucial part of the flow—keeping materials moving, the floor safe, and the team on pace to hit daily goals.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Sort and separate incoming recyclable materials accurately to ensure proper processing.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers with care and efficiency.
• Keep your work zone clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards at all times.
• Operate basic tools and equipment as needed, following safety procedures.
• Work side-by-side with teammates to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Flag equipment issues or safety hazards immediately to your supervisor.
• Join regular training to sharpen your understanding of recycling processes and tools.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hands-on experience in physically demanding work environments.
• Mechanical aptitude—backyard mechanics welcome.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stay active throughout the shift.
