\n

\n

The Role

\n

• Troubleshoot and support large-scale Data Centre networks

\n

• Diagnose complex Layer 1–3 network issues

\n

• Act as the Tier 2 escalation point for critical incidents

\n

• Troubleshoot routers, switches, circuits, optics and cabling

\n

• Work across BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs and IP transport networks

\n

• Respond to major incidents and support SEV processes

\n

• Monitor network performance and proactively identify issues

\n

• Work with engineering and Data Centre teams on maintenance

\n

• Maintain network changes, documentation and operational procedures

\n

\n

Tech Stack

What We're Looking For

\n

5+ years of network operations experience

\n

• Strong Data Centre networking background

\n

• Experience troubleshooting production network environments at scale

\n

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

\n

• Comfortable owning escalated incidents through to resolution

\n

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

\n

• CCNP, JNCIP or ITIL v4 are advantageous

\n

\n

Why This Role?

\n

$72,960–$115,200 base salary

\n

• Client-site role in Denver, CO

\n

• Work within a globally distributed Data Centre environment

\n

• Tier 2 ownership rather than basic network monitoring

\n

• Exposure to large-scale production infrastructure

\n

• Opportunity to contribute to automation, monitoring and network optimisation

\n

• Work alongside network engineering and Data Centre teams

\n

\n

If you're a strong Network Engineer who enjoys troubleshooting complex infrastructure and wants to work at genuine Data Centre scale, this is worth a conversation.
