ServiceNow Developer

Location: Princeton, NJ | Hybrid, 4 days onsite / 1 day remote

Pay: $77–$84/hour
\n
Schedule: 36.25 hours per week, 7.25 hours per day
\n
Contract: 6 months with potential for extension.

J&J Staffing Resources is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a 6-month contract opportunity in Princeton, NJ. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days onsite and 1 day remote per week.

\n
The ideal candidate will have extensive ServiceNow development and architecture experience, advanced JavaScript skills, and a strong background developing solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules.

Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and customize applications within the ServiceNow platform
- Build and enhance ServiceNow user interfaces
- Develop upgrade-safe ServiceNow applications and customizations
- Create solutions using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting best practices
- Support development across ITSM, CSM, SPM, HAM, IRM, ITOM, and SEM
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to support ServiceNow initiatives

Required Qualifications
\n
- \n
- 7+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform and architecture
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting patterns
- Strong development experience with ITSM, CSM, SPM, HAM, IRM, ITOM, and SEM
- Experience building and customizing ServiceNow user interfaces
- Strong experience developing upgrade-safe applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification

Strongly Preferred

- Experience working in a higher education environment
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in any module
