Janitorial Site Assistant Manager - (Management Experience Required)

for Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc.

$250 Signing Bonus!

Pay: $21.00 per hour | Full-Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday – 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm (Some weekend work is required)

Job Duties:

• Assist with day-to-day operations (Manage employees, quality checks, training)
• Address customer questions, concerns, and requests
• Ensure compliance with safety rules
• Assist with general cleaning tasks as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Skills/Abilities:

• Computer skills
• Time management
• Independent decision-making
• Operate floor cleaning equipment (training provided)

Physical Requirements:

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
• Pass a criminal background check
• Lift up to 35 – 50 pounds
• Lots of walking
