Position Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Officer to maintain safety and security at our Germantown, WI location. This role involves monitoring premises, enforcing policies, and responding promptly to incidents to ensure a secure environment.
Position Details
Location: Germantown, WI, USA
Compensation: $19 per hour
Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas on foot or via vehicle to deter and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security.
- Operate security systems and surveillance equipment to monitor premises.
- Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Prepare and submit detailed incident reports.
- Enforce company policies and procedures consistently and fairly.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid security officer license or certification as required by Wisconsin state law.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
