At Raggo Properties LLC, we manage and maintain a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties across El Paso. Based on Alameda Ave, our team is dedicated to keeping our rental homes and facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained for our tenants and property owners.

We are seeking a dependable, skilled, and versatile Maintenance Technician with a strong background in residential turnovers, home repairs, and general property upkeep. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, have experience across multiple trades, and want a stable position with clear room for growth, we want to speak with you!

Key Responsibilities

Residential Maintenance & Turnovers: Perform complete unit turns, punch-list repairs, and ongoing maintenance for single-family homes and residential rental units.
Tiling & Flooring: Repair, lay, and replace tile, vinyl plank, laminate, and backsplashes as needed during property updates.
Plumbing Repairs: Address minor and moderate residential plumbing needs, including clearing clogs, fixing leaks, installing faucets, repairing toilets, and updating fixtures.
HVAC Maintenance: Perform routine HVAC filter changes, basic system troubleshooting, and seasonal maintenance tasks.
Basic Electrical Work: Troubleshoot and replace light fixtures, outlets, switches, ceiling fans, and breakers safely.
Landscaping & Grounds Care: Maintain exterior curb appeal, manage irrigation/sprinkler adjustments, trim greenery, and oversee general property grounds upkeep.
General Repairs: Drywall patching, painting, door/lock hardware installation, and carpentry repairs.

Candidate Requirements

Residential Background: Hands-on experience in residential home repairs, remodeling, or property maintenance.
Multi-Trade Expertise: Demonstrated skill in tiling, flooring, plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC, and landscaping.
Driver’s License & Clean Record: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required for traveling between properties).
Own Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle or truck capable of transporting tools and materials between local jobsites.
Own Tools: Must possess a complete set of standard hand and power tools required for daily residential repairs.
Reliability: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor when interacting with residents and staff (bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus in El Paso).
