This role offers the opportunity to oversee a multifaceted digital ecosystem that includes website management, search optimization, marketing technology, analytics, and e-commerce functionality. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, bringing expertise in WordPress, HubSpot, SEO, user experience, and digital analytics to help drive measurable business results and support long-term digital growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities of the Web Manager:

  • Manage and maintain a WordPress website utilizing Elementor, including content updates, page development, functionality enhancements, and user experience improvements
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including technical SEO, keyword optimization, content performance analysis, and emerging AI-driven search initiatives
  • Oversee HubSpot CRM administration and marketing automation workflows to support lead generation and customer engagement efforts
  • Manage ecommerce functionality, including product page optimization, user journey enhancements, checkout experiences, and conversion rate improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop landing pages, campaign microsites, and digital assets that support organizational objectives
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and related reporting tools, providing actionable recommendations based on data insights
  • Drive improvements in website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and overall conversion performance
  • Coordinate with external developers, consultants, and vendors on website enhancements and digital projects
  • Ensure website content remains accurate, user-friendly, visually engaging, and aligned with brand standards
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, SEO developments, and digital marketing best practices


Qualifications of the Web Manager:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in web management, digital marketing, website administration, or a related field
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot; certifications are a plus
  • Advanced proficiency with WordPress and Elementor
  • Experience managing ecommerce functionality and optimizing digital conversion funnels
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, technical SEO, and evolving search optimization strategies
  • Experience utilizing Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and related web performance tools
  • Solid understanding of website architecture, user experience principles, and digital customer journeys
  • Proven success in managing and optimizing websites that drive measurable engagement and conversion results
  • Strong visual and design sensibility with an eye for creating polished and intuitive digital experiences
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting nonprofit, membership-based, or service-oriented organizations is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
