Whether you're newly licensed or currently working toward your real estate license, you'll have access to experienced agents who can help you understand the business.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll connect with potential buyers and sellers, follow up with leads, schedule appointments, show properties, and guide clients through the buying and selling process.
You'll also learn how to manage your pipeline, build lasting client relationships, and develop the skills needed to become a productive real estate agent.

No previous real estate sales experience is necessary.
Applicants should have a real estate license or be actively working toward obtaining one.
First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

Compensation:
$120,500 - $296,500 yearly

- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure trust and satisfaction.

- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for client success.
- Utilize provided leads to expand your client base and grow your career.
- Engage in ongoing training and mentorship to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating your ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and supportive manner, ensuring clients feel informed and confident.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team, sharing insights and strategies to achieve common goals.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development, embracing training and mentorship opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously, from initial contact to closing.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to manage leads and client interactions efficiently.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive and proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
