Job Description

We are seeking a Leasing Agent to help prospective and current residents find suitable rental homes while supporting a positive, professional leasing experience. This role involves showcasing properties, guiding applicants through the leasing process, and maintaining strong relationships with residents and the broader community.

Responsibilities

Show available properties and highlight features, amenities, and community benefits.
Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective residents through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Guide applicants through rental applications, screening requirements, lease terms, and move-in procedures.
Prepare and process leasing paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Maintain current knowledge of property availability, pricing, policies, and local market conditions.
Build positive relationships with prospective and current residents through responsive, professional service.
Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and related resident communications.
Support property marketing efforts and maintain accurate leasing records.
