Senior CPM Scheduling Manager - Infrastructure Delivery

If you thrive on turning uncertainty into executable plans, this role is for you. You’ll be the go-to expert in our Engineering and Construction Division—bridging originators, developers, early-stage PMs, project engineers, and construction managers across a diverse infrastructure portfolio.

What you will do

• Own Primavera P6 schedule creation, baselining, and progress tracking.
• Lead and mentor a scheduling team; align multiple partners toward a single plan.
• Publish monthly dashboards comparing baseline vs. actual performance.
• Run CPM analyses; apply resource/cost loading and manpower projections.
• Assess schedule updates, flag impacts, and shape recovery strategies.
• Run schedule review meetings; clarify scope, constraints, and priorities.
• Report status, variances, and risks succinctly to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement to elevate schedule precision and execution.
• Support projects end-to-end—from development through construction closeout.

What you bring

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of Primavera P6 experience.
