We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager to oversee daily property management operations and lead a small team. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both property owners and tenants.

Duties:

· Supervise and manage a small property management team to ensure efficient daily operations.

· Address and resolve customer service inquiries and concerns from tenants and property owners in a timely and professional manner.

· Develop and maintain relationships with property owners; actively recruit new clients.

· Review and approve property listings and marketing materials to ensure accuracy and quality.

· Oversee rental pricing strategies and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy and revenue

· Evaluate and approve prospective tenant applications in accordance with company policies

Requirements:

North Carolina Active Real Estate License

BIC Eligible

Minimum of two years of experience managing a customer service or property management team

Pay: $55,000-$70,000 per year
