Salary: $75,000-$85,000/year + bonus + housing discount* + benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, on call hours required
Maintenance Supervisor – Lead with Hands-On Impact
About the Role
Our Maintenance Supervisors set the tone for excellence. You’ll guide your team, oversee projects, and ensure every resident feels safe, comfortable, and proud of their home.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, schedule, and mentor your maintenance team.
- Oversee inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Jump in with hands-on expertise when needed.
- Maintain exceptional curb appeal by ensuring the property grounds, common areas, landscaping, and exterior amenities are clean, attractive, and well-maintained.
- Perform and coordinate preventative maintenance activities to preserve property assets, extend equipment life, and minimize service disruptions.
- Identify and address property maintenance needs proactively to ensure operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
- Support risk mitigation efforts by conducting routine property inspections and promptly correcting hazardous conditions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations to maintain a safe environment for residents, guests, and associates.
What We’re Looking For
- EPO and EPA certified, required
- On call rotation, required
- Proven maintenance background with leadership ability.
- Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and problem-solve.
- Positive leadership style and team-first mindset.
