What You'll Be DoingLead Projects Like a Pro
You'll help keep multiple projects organized, moving, and successful from start to finish.
- Coordinate several projects simultaneously while managing deadlines and priorities
- Review and process change orders
- Ensure construction documents are accurate, complete, and ready for execution
- Support projects through planning, design, permitting, construction, and closeout
Be the Go-To Technical Resource
You'll be the person people trust when questions need answers.
- Interpret drawings, specifications, codes, and construction requirements
- Support remodels, renovations, and new construction initiatives
- Troubleshoot project issues and develop cost-effective solutions
- Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate With Diverse Teams

- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, landlords, and government agencies
- Communicate project updates and technical information clearly

Required Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate construction and engineering documents
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with diverse teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting retail, commercial, or multi-site projects
- Familiarity with architectural and engineering coordination
- Understanding of construction processes, documentation, and permitting
- Passion for process improvement and finding better ways to work

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salisbury, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
