Overview
Are you a creative developer who loves building intuitive user interfaces that solve real world problems? We are looking for a Frontend Focused Full-Stack Engineer with an active TS/SCI with Poly clearance to join our dynamic Development and Analysis Team (DAT).
In this role, you will design and build the critical user interfaces that CNO operators and analysts rely on daily to execute their missions. This is a fast paced, high impact environment where your code goes from concept to production rapidly, directly reducing operational friction. Responsibilities
- Craft Intuitive UIs: Design and develop clean, responsive, and highly intuitive frontend interfaces to display complex mission data.
- Engage with Users: Communicate directly with analysts and operators to gather feedback, understand their workflows, and rapidly integrate their needs into software solutions.
- Automate & Streamline: Identify bottlenecks in operational workflows and build automated solutions to make our users more efficient.
- Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with a tight knit, cross functional team to solve ambiguous problems, even when starting with minimal initial knowledge of the domain.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 3 or more years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
- Or 7 or more years of experience (substituting 4 years of additional engineering experience in place of a Bachelor's degree).
- Frontend Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Modern UI Frameworks: Proven experience developing web applications using frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar.
- Database Fundamentals: Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQLite, MySQL).
- Modern Tooling:
- Basic knowledge of Docker containerization.
- Experience using Git for version control.
- Comfort navigating and working within a Linux command-line environment.
