Job DescriptionWe are a full-service hotel committed to delivering reliable technology, secure systems, and excellent guest experiences. We are currently seeking a Low Voltage &amp; IT Support Engineer to join our Engineering / IT team. &nbsp;Key Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Maintain, troubleshoot, and support hotel low-voltage systems, including: 
<ul>
<li>CCTV &amp; surveillance systems </li>
<li>Access control &amp; key systems </li>
<li>Structured cabling &amp; network infrastructure </li>
<li>Telephone and TV systems </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Provide basic IT support, including: 
<ul>
<li>Network and hardware troubleshooting </li>
<li>Coordination with vendors and service providers </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Ensure system stability and quick response to technical issues </li>
<li>Maintain service records and follow hotel SOPs </li>
<li>Support emergency repairs and on-call duties as needed </li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Experience with low-voltage systems and IT support (hotel experience preferred) </li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills </li>
<li>Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) – required </li>
<li>Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments </li>
<li>Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player</li>
