Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Hazlehurst, Georgia. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations by providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking systems. Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktop hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory user accounts, group policies, and security permissions.
• Provide support for Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Perform hardware repairs and upgrades to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex technical problems.
• Deliver clear and effective communication to end-users, assisting them with technical challenges.
• Conduct system updates and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures.
• Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and organizational standards.
• Monitor and address performance issues across desktop systems.
• Support the deployment of new technologies and systems within the organization.• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in desktop support or a similar technical role.
• Strong expertise in Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Active Directory management and administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician are a plus.
