Position
Location: Beachwood, OH (Chagrin Blvd & Richmond Rd)
Required Availability: Weekdays and Weekends (2-4 Shifts/Week)
Shifts: Morning Shift (8:00 AM 1:00 PM), Afternoon Shift (12:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
Pay: $12/hour (W-2)
What Youll Do
- Clean common areas, hallways, stairwells, and lobby
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Take out trash + replace liners
- Wipe high-touch surfaces (handles, doors, etc.)
- Follow a checklist + upload photos after completion
- Flag any maintenance or safety issues
Requirements
- Able to lift 30 lbs
- Detail-oriented you dont cut corners
- Show up on time, every time
- Comfortable using smartphone (for clock-ins, checklists, photos)
