We are an owner-operated multifamily investment group with apartment communities throughout Dallas-Fort Worth.
We are seeking an experienced, dependable Floating Maintenance Technician to support multiple properties with unit turns, maintenance requests, repairs, and improvement projects.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work independently while supporting a growing maintenance team.
Responsibilities
• Complete apartment make-readies, including drywall and texture repairs, painting, fixtures, doors, hardware, and minor flooring repairs.
• Perform larger interior repair and improvement projects across multiple communities.
• Respond to maintenance requests involving plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC.
• Provide additional support to on-site maintenance teams as needed.
• Manage, update, and close work orders using mobile property management software.
• Help maintain consistent workmanship and property standards across the portfolio.
Compensation and Benefits
• $27 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
• Mileage reimbursement for travel between properties.
• Monthly phone stipend.
• Performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• Strong drywall, painting, and apartment make-ready skills.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC.
• EPA 608 HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid Texas driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working across multiple properties.
