Apartment Leasing Consultant
Location: Portland, OR
Pay: $22–$24/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Are you passionate about customer service and enjoy helping people find their next home? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Apartment Leasing Consultant to join a thriving apartment community in Portland, OR.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide an outstanding experience for prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist prospective and current residents
Conduct apartment tours and highlight community amenities
Answer phones, respond to email inquiries, and schedule appointments
Process applications, leases, and resident paperwork
Follow up with prospects and help achieve leasing goals
Maintain accurate records and provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

Strong background in customer service and sales
Excellent phone etiquette and appointment-setting skills
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook
Experience with Knock and OneSite is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional demeanor and attention to detail
Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
