Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract (Potential Extension)
Rate: $70/hr C2C

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead to support a strategic Security Hub Program for a leading banking client. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise integrations that enable security monitoring, event correlation, workflow automation, and data orchestration across multiple platforms.
This role requires strong experience with API integrations, event-driven architectures, cloud-native technologies, and enterprise security platforms within highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Architecture & Design
- Design and implement scalable, event-driven integration solutions.
- Define API standards, integration patterns, and data exchange models.
- Develop integration roadmaps aligned with Security Hub delivery milestones.
- Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, resiliency, and compliance requirements.
Enterprise Platform Integrations
Lead integrations across platforms such as:
- Keycloak
- Apache Kafka
- OpenShift
- Ranger
- ServiceNow
- Vault/Venafi
- DataHub
- LGTM Stack
- StorageGRID
- Enterprise observability and monitoring platforms
Data Pipeline & Event Processing
- Design telemetry ingestion and data normalization pipelines.
- Build event processing and message routing services.
- Establish common security event data models.
- Ensure reliable and traceable data movement across enterprise systems.
Workflow Automation
- Develop integration services supporting automated remediation workflows.
- Enable ServiceNow-driven incident management processes.
- Support AI-assisted security triage and response capabilities.
- Build reusable APIs and integration services.
Testing & Production Readiness
- Develop integration test plans and coordinate end-to-end testing.
- Validate performance, resiliency, and failover capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Create operational runbooks and support production deployments.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Integration, Middleware, API Development, or Integration Engineering.
- 5+ years leading complex integration initiatives.
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise integration platforms.
- Strong background in cloud-native and event-driven architectures.
- Experience working within Banking or Financial Services environments.

- Hands-on experience with Kafka, Keycloak, Ranger, and ServiceNow.
- Experience implementing OpenShift-based solutions.
- Experience supporting highly regulated banking environments.
- Exposure to AI-enabled automation and workflow orchestration platforms.
