Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

• Work with pre-qualified homebuyers from consultation through closing
• Conduct buyer consultations and property showings
• Manage leads, communication, and follow-up using CRM and sales systems
• Convert buyer appointments into clients and closed transactions
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients
• Host open houses and engage prospective buyers
• Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Participate in training, coaching, and team development

Qualifications:

• Active Georgia Real Estate License required
• Full-time commitment to a real estate sales career
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and real estate technology
• Organized with strong follow-up, time-management, and attention to detail
• Coachable, accountable, motivated, and results-oriented
• Positive, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous growth
• Strong work ethic with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience
