Technical Support Representative

Position Details:
- Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid after training (in-office Monday to Wednesday)
- Contract Type: Long-term

Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders quickly and accurately via email, fax, telephone, and electronic systems.
- Troubleshoot order processing inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor open orders and ensure they clear through to physical distribution.
- Respond to customer requests including product information, order details, cancellations, tracking, and billing.
- Manage tasks efficiently using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- French-speaking ability a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and order entry experience.
- Proven troubleshooting expertise.
- Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
- Reliable attendance and professional attitude.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning.
