About the Role:
Some Projects Engineering is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As a CNS SPE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading by example in our Lindsay's Smoothies caregiver facility. With a focus on outstanding clinical outcomes, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based practices that improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.
Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care

Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based clinical practices and protocols

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and enhance the quality of care

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new clinical protocols

Educate and mentor nursing staff to improve patient care practices and outcomes

Stay current with the latest clinical research and guidelines to ensure the delivery of best-practice care
