We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment and production machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. Candidates should possess industrial maintenance experience, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and production machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Skills
- Experience with industrial maintenance and equipment repair.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance.
- Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 3+ years experience performing maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting.
- Experience in preventative maintenance, electrical work, and welding.
- Testing voltage, crane maintenance, bearing maintenance, and forklift maintenance.

Work Environment
This position operates within a manufacturing environment. Available shifts include Weekday Night Shift from 5:00pm to 5:00am (Sunday - Thursday) and Weekend Day Shift from 5:00am to 5:00pm (Friday - Sunday). The position will train on the 1st shift, Monday to Friday, for the first few months before moving to the assigned shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Talladega, AL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
