Position Summary
\n
We are seeking an experienced Agiloft Developer to design, configure, customize, integrate, and support solutions within the Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient Agiloft solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Agiloft configuration and development, workflow automation, integrations, data management, and troubleshooting. This person should be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and have a strong understanding of business processes, particularly contract management, legal operations, procurement, or related enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
\n

- Design, configure, develop, test, and maintain Agiloft applications and solutions.
- Translate business and functional requirements into Agiloft configurations, workflows, rules, and automations.
- Develop and maintain custom workflows, business rules, notifications, forms, tables, fields, reports, and dashboards.
- Configure Agiloft to support contract lifecycle management and related business processes.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Agiloft and other enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Perform data imports, exports, transformations, and data-quality activities within Agiloft.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployments, and release management.
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Document system configurations, technical solutions, workflows, integrations, and support procedures.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, legal/procurement teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
- Provide technical support and guidance to Agiloft users and administrators.
- Follow established development, security, change-management, and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing, configuring, or administering Agiloft.
- Demonstrated experience configuring Agiloft tables, fields, layouts, workflows, business rules, permissions, notifications, and reports.
- Experience developing or maintaining integrations using APIs, web services, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of software development and application lifecycle concepts.
- Experience with data migration, data mapping, imports/exports, and data validation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience working in an Agile or other structured software development environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations.
- Agiloft certification or formal Agiloft training.
- Experience integrating Agiloft with CRM, ERP, HR, document management, e-signature, or other enterprise systems.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, webhooks, or middleware/integration platforms.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL, scripting, or other programming languages.
- Experience with systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications and complex business workflows.
- Experience working with legal, procurement, finance, or contract-management teams.
