Job Description*** Must Interview In-Person - No Relocation Assistance ***Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of apartment community
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitation of common areas: hallways, stairwells, lobbies
- Light maintenance and repair tasks: replace lightbulbs etc
- Maintain organization and attention to detail
- Work well with other employees
- Physical duties include: lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
