Job DescriptionMaintenance TechnicianShift: Monday-Thursday | 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd ShiftPay: $25/hr-$26/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitors equipment for unusual sounds to detect malfunction.
- Responsible for mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
- Dismantles defective equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
- Conducts daily inspections & completes maintenance inspection logs.
- Provides technical information and operational guidance to production employees.
- Assists leadership with problem resolution and correction of equipment deficiencies.
- Constantly considers long term upgrades / repairs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or related maintenance training preferred.
- Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or a related environment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, technical drawings, and maintenance documentation.
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices and equipment reliability principles.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:Performing outside under a canopy, must be comfortable working in all types of weather. Steel toe shoes REQUIRED.
