Come learn, grow, and actually like the people you work with.
Heads up: this is an onsite and hybrid role based in Nashville, not remote.
We’re proud of the place we’ve built. We were just named a 2026 Best Places to Work honoree by the Nashville Business Journal, and Entrepreneur magazine has ranked us among the 20 Best Company Cultures in America. We’ve been doing IT in Nashville since 2003, we’re a tight-knit crew that takes the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously, and we’re growing.
We’re looking for someone humble, curious, and genuinely good with people to join us as an Onsite Support Analyst. The right fit is the kind of person who can’t help asking “but why does it work that way?” If you’ve got a year or two under your belt, a knack for picking up new tech fast, and you light up when you solve someone’s problem, keep reading.

- Award-winning culture (2026 Best Places to Work) and 23 years of stability behind you.
What you’ll do

- Dig into the “why” so the fix sticks the first time.
What you’ll need
- At least 1 year of professional IT experience.
- Comfort with remote desktop support and user account administration.
- Working knowledge of the fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi/VPN troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
- A professional, friendly demeanor and reliable transportation.
Bonus points for (not required, we’ll teach you the rest)
- Help desk or ticketing system experience.
- Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) administration, including MFA and conditional access.
- Endpoint management experience (Intune or similar).
- Advanced printer and peripheral troubleshooting.
The logistics
- Hybrid, with some days at our Nashville office.
- Pick one of three shifts: 7–4, 8–5, or 9–6.
- Light on-call rotation, about six weeks a year (evenings and weekend daytime).
What you’ll enjoy
- 100% company-paid medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
- 401(k) with employer match.
- 3 weeks of PTO and 10 paid holidays starting your first year.
- Company laptop and smartphone.
- A growth-focused team that genuinely wants to see you succeed.
If you’re a problem-solver who keeps the customer first and wants to grow with a company that’ll invest in you, we’d love to hear from you.
