Job Title: Luxury Residential Security Officer

Pay Rate: $19-20/hour

Position Overview:
IronRock Security is seeking a reliable and experienced Security Officer to oversee security operations for a luxury residential complex near Solvay, NY. This role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and prior experience with access control. The guard will help ensure site coverage, support fellow officers, and maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.
This is a hands-on role with opportunities for growth within IronRock Security.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor access control points

Conduct regular patrols of the residential property

Perform occasional hourly patrols as needed

Write clear incident and daily activity reports

Support scheduling coordination and communicate staffing needs

Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence

Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies appropriately
Requirements:

2+ years security experience required
-
NY Guard Card
-
Valid driver's license
-
Strong communication and report-writing skills

Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Reliable means of transportation

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Compensation & Benefits:

$19-20/hour
