We are seeking experienced leasing professionals to help lease apartments at a community in Austin, TX, 78728 and surrounding area. Our clients are looking for employees who enjoy working with a team and have a knack for warm and inviting customer service.

***Some Weekend Availability Preferred - Leasing consultants thrive on the weekends! ***

Apartment Leasing Qualifications:

• Bilingual English and Spanish
• At least 6 months of leasing or related experience required.
• Familiarity with fair housing laws, property management software YARDI & CRM.
• Ability to work in a FAST PACED office environment
• Affordable Housing/Tax Credit Experience is a PLUS!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret all forms of information.
• Must be team oriented but able to work independently.
• Bilingual is required!

Apartment Leasing Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors (residents, future residents, and internal team members)
• Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls, conduct property tours and promote attractive community features.
• Inspect units for move-ins to ensure units are ready.
• Review resident files to ensure documentation is accounted for and up to date.
